Return Process

  Securely place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their eco-friendly packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
